There are total of 5000 scholarship positions available under Turkish Government Scholarship 2025-26
Degree Timeline
- Bachelor’s scholarship is provided for 4 to 5 years
- Master’s scholarship is provided to 2 to 3 years
- PhD scholarship is provided for 3 to 4 years
Eligibility criteria
Applicant should be an international student and should not be Turkish national 75% marks in previous degree are generally required for masters and PhD applicants. Only for applicants interested in health sciences, 90% marks in previous exams is the minimum requirement.
- Age limit for bachelors is 21 years
- Age limit for masters is 30 years
- Age limit for PhD is 35 years

- Passport copy
- Educational documents including degrees and transcripts
- Photograph of the applicant
- Exam score such GRE, GMAT, SAT. The requirement for exam scores varies from university to university.
- Applicants need to check the requirements of specific universities when applying for the Buslari Scholarship
- International language test score (IELTS/TOFEL)
- Research proposal explaining the research area which you intent to explore in your future studies.
- Research proposal is a mandatory document for PhD applicants.
