HIT Admission Application Documents requirement for CSC Scholarship
Following documents are required in application procedure to study under fully funded CSC scholarship at Harbin Institute of Technology
- Passport copy
- Academic documents including highest degree and transcript. Copies of all academic documents to be submitted need to be notarized.
- Passport size photo
- Language proficiency certificate. IELTS score equal to or more than 6 bands, TOFEL score equal to or more than 78 is required.
- Study plan or research proposal . For PhD program, Study plan should be signed by the potential supervisor. Study plan template is available on HIT official link which is given at the end.
- Two letters of recommendation from previous supervisors
- Medical examination form. This form needs to be signed by the doctor confirming the health status of the applicant. The form template is available on university admission website, official link is shared below.
- Acceptance letter. This is an optional document however applicants are encouraged to apply for acceptance letter before submission of application.
- No criminal record certificate. This is required from the home country of the applicant and it should not be more than six month old from the time of application submission.
