5th ASEF Young Leaders Summit will be hosted in Spain and the mode of the program is Online & In-person.

AESF Leadership Program Duration:

• From July to December 2023

AESF Leadership Program Timeline of the Program:

The program is divided into three phases. :

• Knowledge Building Phase:

Phase from August 3 to August 28, 2023, will provide an in-depth exploration of Leadership and Society via virtual training.

• Youth Summit:

From September 12 to September 16, 2023, this phase will focus on people-to-people exchanges, networking, and learning in the local context of Salamanca, Spain.

• Leadership in Action:

From September to December 2023, this phase will turn theory into action by promoting collaboration between participants to find solutions for real-life challenges. This phase will also be conducted virtually.

The applicant can be from any academic background or discipline.

The applicants must possess exceptional skills in both written and verbal English communication.
